Hello chaps! I'm Seth the Sloth sending you some slow-life vibes from the depths of my home in the beautiful Amazon Rainforest. My favourite hobby, you might have guessed, is sleeping, which I can easily do for up to 18 hours per day. Some may call me lazy but the truth is I listen to my body and focus on what's essential in my life. And that just happens to be snoozing :)

RWN Challenge - November:
1. Cook and enjoy a comforting meal like this creamy Pumpkin & Sweet Potato soup. Really delicious and one of our favourites to warm up a chilly evening.
2. Make time for yourself by doing something that fulfills and/or relaxes you. For example: getting a massage, exercising, reading a book, enjoying a bath, taking a nap. You deserve it!
3. Watch the documentary Heal which provides fascinating insights to the relationship between stress and our health as well as the importance of the mind-body connection on the human ability to heal.
