Makes: 1 wrap

Preparation Time: 5mins. 


  • 1 whole grain tortilla

  • 1 small apple

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon Grandad's granola

  • 1 tablespoon coconut yoghurt


  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips


  1. Pre-heat over to 180 degrees Celsius.

  2. Place tortilla in oven for 2mins. to heat up (watch out it is not longer or it will get too crispy).

  3. In the meantime core and chop the apple.

  4. Take the tortilla out of the oven and spread peanut butter in the centre. Layer on apple chunks, granola and coconut yoghurt.

  5. Wrap tightly and enjoy!

Penny recommends:

  • You could use whole grain toast instead of wraps for a sandwich snack.
