Ingredients:

1 banana​

1 avocado
-
4 pitted medjool dates
-
150ml plant milk
-
4 tbsp. (about 20g) unsweetened cocoa powder
-
pinch of salt

Possible toppings:

Coconut yoghurt
-
Berry sauce

Method:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for about 20mins. until smooth.

Place in the fridge for 10-15mins. before serving.

Penny recommends:

If you prefer a less intense chocolate flavour, reduce to 2 tablespoons cocoa powder.
