chocolate mousse

Preparation Time: 10mins.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana​

  • 1 avocado

  • 4 pitted medjool dates

  • 150ml plant milk

  • 4 tbsp. (about 20g) unsweetened cocoa powder

  • pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for about 20mins. until smooth.

  2. Place in the fridge for 10-15mins. before serving.

​

Penny recommends:

  • If you prefer a less intense chocolate flavour, reduce to 2 tablespoons cocoa powder.
