3 tablespoons cashew nuts

50ml tap water

Chocolate: 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder

Berry: 1 tablespoon frozen berries

Vanilla: 1 teaspoon vanilla powder

Peanut: 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Method:

Add the banana, cashew nuts and water to a blender, along with extra ingredients for chosen flavour.

Blend until smooth for about 1min.

Pour over the dish of your choosing (e.g. pancakes, ice cream, porridge).
