  • 1 banana

  • 3 tablespoons cashew nuts

  • 50ml tap water



  • Chocolate: 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder

  • Berry: 1 tablespoon frozen berries

  • Vanilla: 1 teaspoon vanilla powder

  • Peanut: 1 tablespoon peanut butter


  1. Add the banana, cashew nuts and water to a blender, along with extra ingredients for chosen flavour.

  2. Blend until smooth for about 1min.

  3. Pour over the dish of your choosing (e.g. pancakes, ice cream, porridge).

Penny recommends:

  • You can also skip the banana and just use a handful of cashews for an even creamier version.
