Ingredients:

  • 100g almonds or walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary

  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme

  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

  • 1 tablespoon dried basil

  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend for 1-2mins. until you get a finely ground mixture.

​

  • Store in an airtight container and use as topping for pasta dishes, salads, pizza, lasagna, buddha bowls etc.
