Ingredients:

200ml plant milk​

1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
​
Optional:

1 teaspoon of natural sweetener (e.g. maple, date or agave syrup, coconut sugar)

Method:

Heat plant milk in a small saucepan for a few mins. and add cacao powder.

Whisk so that cacao blends nicely with milk and the surface gets frothy.

Pour into your favourite mug and dust some cacao powder on top.
Penny recommends:

For a more indulgent and creamy treat add 1 ​teaspoon of almond or peanut butter and whisk in at the end.

You can also use an electric milk frother if you have one.
