  • 1 banana

  • 2 medjool dates (remember to remove the pit)

  • Generous handful of spinach or kale (fresh leaves or frozen)

  • 200ml plant milk

  • 200ml tap water

  • 1 Tablespoon of nut butter (almond, cashew or peanut)

Optional extras:

1 tablespoon hemp or chia seeds, 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of spirulina or chlorella.


  1. Peel the banana and place into a blender along with all the other ingredients. Blend until green, smooth and delicious - about 1min.

  • Tip: Use frozen banana and/or spinach for extra coolness.
