Preparation Time: 5mins.
2 medjool dates (remember to remove the pit)
Generous handful of spinach or kale (fresh leaves or frozen)
200ml plant milk
200ml tap water
1 Tablespoon of nut butter (almond, cashew or peanut)
1 tablespoon hemp or chia seeds, 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of spirulina or chlorella.
Peel the banana and place into a blender along with all the other ingredients. Blend until green, smooth and delicious - about 1min.
Tip: Use frozen banana and/or spinach for extra coolness.
