Preparation Time: 5mins.
200ml plant milk
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of natural sweetener (e.g. maple, date or agave syrup, coconut sugar)
Heat plant milk in a small saucepan for a few mins. and add turmeric powder.
Whisk so that turmeric blends nicely with milk and the surface gets frothy.
Pour into your favourite mug and dust some cinnamon on top.
For a more indulgent and creamy treat add 1 teaspoon of almond or peanut butter and whisk in at the end.
You can also use an electric milk frother if you have one.
