Ingredients:

1 banana

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 medjool date (remember to remove the pit)

200ml plant milk

200ml water
Optional:

1 teaspoon maca powder, 1 tablespoon almond butter, 1 tablespoon ground coffee (for an extra kick!)
Method:

Peel banana and place all the ingredients into a blender. Blend for 1min. until smooth and creamy.
Penny recommends:

Use frozen banana for extra coolness or add some ice cubes to the blender.
