Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 medjool date (remember to remove the pit) 

  • 200ml plant milk

  • 200ml water

​

Optional:

  • 1 teaspoon maca powder, 1 tablespoon almond butter, 1 tablespoon ground coffee (for an extra kick!)

Method:​​

  • Peel banana and place all the ingredients into a blender. Blend for 1min. until smooth and creamy.

​

Penny recommends:

  • Use frozen banana for extra coolness or add some ice cubes to the blender.
