Ingredients:

1 banana

1 medjool date (remember to remove the pit)

100g fresh or frozen berries

Generous handful of spinach or kale (fresh leaves or frozen)

200ml plant milk

200ml water
-
1 tablespoon chia seeds

Optional extras:

1 tablespoon hemp seeds, 1 tablespoon almond butter, 1 tablespoon baobab powder

Method:

Peel the banana and then place all the ingredients into a blender. Blend for 1min. until lovely purple/pink colour develops.

Use frozen banana and/or spinach for extra coolness.
