Preparation Time: 5mins.

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice or apple cider vinegar 

  • Pinch of salt

​

Optional toppings:

  • Chilli flakes, dried rosemary/thyme or sesame seeds

Method:

  1. Cut avocado in half, remove pit and scoop out into a bowl.

  2. Mash with fork and mix in lemon juice or apple cider vinegar and salt.

  3. Sprinkle on topping of choice.

Penny recommends:

  • Serve on whole grain or sourdough bread, with veggie sticks (carrot, celery, cucumber) or as part of your Buddha bowl.
