Ingredients:

1 avocado

1 teaspoon lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings:

Chilli flakes, dried rosemary/thyme or sesame seeds

Method:

Cut avocado in half, remove pit and scoop out into a bowl.

Mash with fork and mix in lemon juice or apple cider vinegar and salt.

Sprinkle on topping of choice.

Serve on whole grain or sourdough bread, with veggie sticks (carrot, celery, cucumber) or as part of your Buddha bowl.
